Disruptive Brands is not a traditional marketing agency. We are an eCommerce growth partner built to build and scale category-leading CPG brands. Our clients trust us to own the outcomes that matter most: revenue growth, profitability, customer acquisition, retention, Amazon performance, TikTok Shop expansion, and digital strategy. We specialize in high-growth CPG brands across Sports Nutrition, Beverage, Health & Wellness, and Men’s Grooming. We move fast; we make decisions with data. We obsess over execution. We’re looking for someone who wants to build something extraordinary. The Opportunity This is the most important leadership hire in our company outside of the CEO. The VP of Growth & eCommerce will serve as the operating leader behind every client we partner with. This person will own the strategy, execution, and performance across every major digital growth channel, including Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Paid Media, CRM, Merchandising, Analytics, CRO and Profitability. You’ll work directly alongside the Co-Founders to determine where the business goes next while building the systems, processes, and team that allow us to scale brands faster than anyone in the industry. We're looking for someone who thrives under pressure, loves solving difficult problems, builds elite teams, and isn’t afraid to jump into the weeds when necessary. This is not a role for someone who simply manages people. We’re looking for someone who builds companies. Executive Leadership Serve as the executive leader responsible for all eCommerce growth initiatives. Partner directly with the Co-Founders to establish company strategy and long-term vision. Lead annual planning, forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation. Help shape company culture while maintaining exceptionally high performance standards. Full P&L Ownership Own the financial performance across all client engagements including: Revenue Growth Gross Margin Contribution Margin

Direct-to-Consumer Lead every aspect of Shopify growth including: Customer acquisition Website optimization Conversion Rate Optimization Merchandising Pricing strategy Product launches Offer strategy Bundling Subscription growth Landing pages Customer experience Checkout optimization Own Amazon as a business, not simply a marketplace. Responsibilities include: Vendor Central & Seller Central P&L Management Catalog Optimization SEO Advertising Strategy DSP Inventory Planning Pricing Promotions New Product Launches Forecasting TikTok Shop Lead one of the fastest-growing TikTok Shop organizations in the industry by owning: Affiliate Strategy Creator Partnerships Live Selling Promotional Calendars Shop Optimization Content Strategy Attribution Profitability Paid Media Partner with media teams to oversee: Meta Google TikTok YouTube Amazon Advertising Emerging Growth Channels You understand media at both a strategic and operational level and know when to scale aggressively versus when to optimize for efficiency. CRM & Retention Own customer lifetime value through: Email Marketing SMS Marketing Loyalty Programs Subscription Growth Lifecycle Marketing Segmentation Customer Journeys Win-back Campaigns Product & Merchandising Partner with clients to: Rationalize product portfolios Optimize assortment Improve pricing strategy Maximize contribution margin Improve inventory turns Launch successful new products Analytics & Business Intelligence Build dashboards and reporting that drive every business decision. Rather than optimizing one department at the expense of another, you make decisions that strengthen the entire business. Elite Operator You are a builder first and an executive second. While you're capable of leading large teams and setting long-term strategy, you're never afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details. Whether it's auditing a Shopify storefront, reviewing Meta campaigns, analyzing Amazon profitability, troubleshooting attribution issues, or jumping into a dashboard to understand why performance shifted overnight, you lead from the front. Financially Driven You view every decision through the lens of profitability and long-term value creation. You have a deep understanding of unit economics and know how customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, contribution margin, inventory planning, forecasting, and EBITDA all work together to create a healthy business. Revenue alone doesn't impress you—profitable, sustainable growth does. You instinctively balance aggressive expansion with disciplined financial decision-making and know when to invest, when to optimize, and when to pull back. Experience scaling consumer brands in Sports Nutrition, Beverage, Health & Wellness, Beauty, Personal Care, or adjacent CPG categories. Demonstrated success scaling brands beyond $100M in annual revenue or leading multiple brands through similar growth. Deep Shopify expertise. Deep Amazon expertise. Deep TikTok Shop expertise. Strong understanding of paid media strategy. Executive-level P&L ownership. Experience managing multi-million-dollar advertising budgets. Experience leading cross-functional teams.
