RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Technician

Must haves:

Must have experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System)
2-4 years experience in warehouse setting, manufacturing/quality
Ability to read technical drawings
Experience using a pallet jack
Do not need a tech degree but it's a plus to have one
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
MS Office proficient; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Required to lift up to 25 lbs (packages)
Software Experience: WMS (Warehouse Management System) SAP, ORACLE, SharePoint
Candidate will be trained in WMS and other systems as the job requires
