This is a unique opportunity for a tax professional who enjoys going beyond compliance and wants to play a key role in tax planning, client advisory, and retirement-focused financial strategies . What they’re looking for: • 5+ years of individual tax preparation and tax planning experience • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws • Experience preparing and reviewing individual tax returns • Strong client communication and advisory skills • Excellent analytical and organizational abilities • HNW, retiree, wealth management, or financial advisory experience is a plus • Experience with professional tax software and advanced Excel skills What you'll be doing: • Prepare and review federal and state individual tax returns • Partner with Financial Advisors on proactive tax planning • Analyze client tax situations and identify tax-efficiency opportunities • Advise on retirement income, distributions, Roth conversions, charitable giving, and other tax-sensitive decisions • Participate in client meetings and serve as a tax resource for advisors and clients • Research federal and state tax law and stay current on changes #J-18808-Ljbffr
