We’re looking for a Sr. UX Content Strategist who supports the ideation and implementation of the content for customer and associate-facing experiences for the International UX team. You can help guide the creation of products and features from start to finish along with other disciplines. You will also have strong project management skills, as you will be leading your initiatives through many aspects of the workflow with multiple stakeholders and fellow UXers in multiple time zones. • Design, write, edit, and test content to create easy-to-use features and products.
• Conduct content reviews and align stakeholders with your sound rationale.
• Collaborate effectively with peers in Design, Research, Product, Engineering, Accessibility, Marketing and Compliance through the product development cycle.
• Work with stakeholders to gather specific initiative requirements and create brief-like descriptions for other Content Strategists on the team with Jira.
• Ability to quickly explain the content needs on specific projects to other partners and estimate the time needed to successfully execute that work with integrity.
• Edit and contribute to designs and content in Figma, Sketch or other design tools.
• Collaborate with our Accessibility team to advocate for and apply their standards into your content recommendations.
• Understand when a problem needs more than a few words to be solved.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Content team and processes to enable scale efficiently and effectively.
• Show up-to-date knowledge on UX best practices and know when to flex them to help the users.
• Partner with Localization to ensure the highest quality of content adaptation of the product to different markets.
• Manage ambiguity of the iterative process including multiple rounds of reviews, changes, feedback, and other direction from business stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications.

• 4+ years of experience creating content for websites and mobile apps.
• BA/BS degree or higher in Communication, Journalism, Psychology, Marketing or equivalent knowledge related to UX writing, technical writing or product documentation.
• Must have a portfolio showcasing abilities to solve for UX-related projects.
• Strong project management and team collaboration skills. Waiting until someone asks you for words won't work here.
• Advanced or native proficiency in Spanish and/or French is a plus.
• Experience in Atlassian project management software is a plus.
