We are currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals for Plastic Molding Machine Operator positions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently as part of a team.

 

Available Shift

2nd/3rd Shift:

 

Job Responsibilities

• Operate plastic injection molding machines and related production equipment
• Inspect molded plastic parts for quality and defects
• Trim, assemble, package, and label finished products
• Monitor machine performance and report any issues to supervisors or maintenance
• Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
• Complete basic production and quality documentation as needed

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Experience in plastic injection molding is a plus, but not required
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
