Professional Summary: Experienced Technician with a strong mechanical aptitude and experienced in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems and auxiliary power units (APUs). Adept at troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with cross functional teams, and delivery timely, high quality repairs in alignment with DOT and company standards. Skills- Advanced Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
- APU & Refrigeration System Repairs
- Preventive Maintenance
- DOT Physical Compliance
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication
- Team Collaboration & Leadership Support
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, and full-scale repairs on refrigeration units and APUs for a wide range of commercial fleet vehicles.
- Collaborate daily with Service Writers, leadership team, the parts department, drivers, vendors, and customers
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to explain findings and provide recommendations.
- Submit accurate and timely paperwork, ensuring every job is documented to company standards.
- Requires a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
- DOT Physical Certified
- Technical degree or certification is a plus
