About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Cardiac Progressive Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3rd Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum years of experience required in nursing theory and practice, as well as clinical competence in patient care management. License: Requires current state Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC. Certifications: - American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an approved equivalent. - AHA HeartCode Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) for healthcare providers or an approved equivalent. Must-Have: - Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice acquired through completion of an accredited School of Nursing. - Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of adult patient populations. Description: The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. This individual demonstrates competency in the delivery of care to a primarily adult population. The role incorporates essential functions adapted from recognized nursing standards of practice.
