Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy tailored to the unique needs of patients, focusing on conditions such as anxiety, depression, grief, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' emotional and social functioning to determine their mental health status.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review evidence-based treatment plans that are culturally competent and aligned with each patient’s specific goals.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and nursing staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care and maintain open lines of communication about treatment progress.

• Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families, equipping them with vital knowledge about mental health conditions, their treatments, and local community resources.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
