What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our production processturning bulk materials into finished, ready-to-ship products. Your day will include:

• Working from shop orders to package products in the correct size, type, and quantity
• Setting up and operating basic filling equipment with guidance
• Measuring and filling containers accurately to meet customer specifications
• Performing quality checks to ensure consistency and product standards
• Safely handling raw materials and finished goods
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Using hand tools and equipment for setup and light adjustments
• Monitoring equipment performance and reporting any concerns
• Collaborating with team members to meet production and delivery goals

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Groveland, MA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
