In Your Role As Digital Sales Manager (m/w/d) In Sales Outside Service You Will Focus On Our Partners From The Catering Industry On The Sales Of Our Own Digital B2B Solutions And Our Cash Register System In The Region Duisburg / Mlheim An Der Ruhr / Essen / Bochum. You Support Our Customers In Becoming More Visible And Digital Online And Contribute Significantly To The Digitalization Of The Catering Scene.

We Are Looking For You For The Following Mission:

• Sales Outside Service: You Actively Market Our Digital B2B Solutions Such As Dish Website, Dish Online Reservation Tool, Our Dish Order Shopsystem And The Dish Pos Cash Register System.
• Building Customer Relationships: As A Sales Professional You Inspire The New Customers Acquired By You And Our Existing Customers Of Our Digital Solutions.
• Teamwork: You Form A Successful Team With The Sales Inside Service And The Employees In The Sales Outside Service Of METRO Germany.
• Product Development: You Collect Structured Feedback From Our Customers And Pass Your Insights And Recommendations To The Product Development Team.
• Reporting: Your Successes Drive You! You Are Responsible For Reporting All Relevant Key Figures And Your Sales Successes This Also Includes The Binding Documentation Of At Least 20 Weekly Customer Appointments In Our Internal Sales Tool.
• Training & Development: You Can Expect Excellent Training And The Opportunity To Develop Your Sales And Product Knowledge With The Help Of Coaches And Our Internal House Of Learning.

Qualifications:

• Training / Professional Experience: You Have Experience In Sales / Sales Outside Service (Preferably From The Catering Industry, Insurance, Online Marketing, Payment, Telecommunications, Etc.) And Enjoy Managing Interfaces.
• Sales Skills: A Passion For Active Selling (Including New Customer Acquisition) And The Operational Management Of Goal Achievement Are Naturally Expected By Us.
• Digital Know-How: You Have A Good Digital Understanding And Are Interested In The Digitalization Of The Catering Industry.
• Organization: A Structured, Independent Working Method Is A Must.
• Personality: You Are Strong In Communication And Can Quickly Make New Contacts And Enthusiastically Inspire People.
• Driving License: You Have A Valid Car Driver's License And Are Happy To Be On Site With The Customer.
