Customer Service Representative I Location: Lancaster, NY, 14086 Shift: 8:00AM 4:30PM (Mon-Fri) Duration: 6+ Months [Extension based on performance] Pay Rate: $25-29/hr on w2 Job Description Order Management: Process new orders, changes, cancellations, and expedite requests for aftermarket spares and repair services. Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts; provide timely updates on lead times, delays, quality holds, and shipping status. RMA & Warranty Coordination: Initiate and track RMAs, warranty evaluations, and repair orders; communicate inspection findings and final dispositions. Issue Resolution: Investigate shortages, shipment errors, quality concerns, and production delays; collaborate with planning, quality, engineering, and logistics teams. Qualifications Preferably an Associates degree in Business Administration or management Excellent written and verbal communication skillsprofessional, concise, and customer focused. Strong problem solving skills and comfort working with cross functional teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
