Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective interventions for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at fostering community and addressing prevalent mental health issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated patient care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The practice serves a diverse patient demographic, addressing a variety of mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Applicants must hold current and valid licensure as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders along with effective treatment modalities and therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
