Trust & Estate Planning AttorneyA premier law firm known for its sophisticated wealth management practice has partnered with our legal recruiting firm to find a skilled Trusts & Estates Planning Attorney to join their team in Cincinnati, Ohio.This position is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a collaborative, in-office environment and wants to work closely with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. You will handle complex estate planning, tax strategy, and trust administration, providing tailored legal solutions with the highest level of client service.Key Responsibilities:Draft and review sophisticated estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.Advise clients on wealth preservation, federal and Ohio state estate/gift tax minimization, generation-skipping transfer (GST) tax strategies, and income tax planning.Structure business succession plans, family limited partnerships (FLPs), and charitable giving vehicles.Guide executors and trustees through the Ohio probate process, trust administration, and asset distribution, ensuring compliance with all legal and tax obligations.Act as a trusted advisor, conducting detailed consultations to understand client goals and maintain long-term relationships.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active, good-standing admission to the Ohio State Bar.
