Here, your ideas matter, your contributions are recognized, you’re part of a team, and your growth is supported- as we elevate work and enrich lives .Your ImpactOperational LeadershipSupervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders across B2B, B2C, and eCommerce fulfillment channels.Monitor workflow and productivity to meet operational goals and customer service expectations.Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and system verification.Coordinate daily activities to ensure efficient utilization of labor, equipment, and warehouse space.Collaborate with transportation and customer service teams to ensure on-time shipments and deliveries.Ensure compliance with client-specific SOPs, SLAs, and operational requirements.Assist with onboarding new customer accounts and implementing operational processes.Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop warehouse associates to achieve individual and team performance goals.Conduct training for new hires and ongoing development for existing team members.Monitor employee performance and provide timely feedback, coaching, and recognition.Create and maintain staffing plans to support daily volume fluctuations and operational demands.Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.Customer Service & CommunicationSupport customer satisfaction by ensuring service commitments are met consistently.Address operational issues and escalate concerns as appropriate.Partner with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and service challenges.Communicate operational updates, priorities, and performance expectations effectively.Process Improvement & ComplianceIdentify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.Support implementation of process improvements, new technologies, and warehouse systems.Maintain and update operational procedures and work instructions.Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, safety standards, sanitation requirements, and company policies.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective action when necessary.Maintain accurate operational documentation and support audit readiness. #J-18808-Ljbffr RBW Logistics Corp
