Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Wisconsin state license or ability to obtain an active state license to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or outpatient settings preferred.
• Experience with NetHealth electronic medical records preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel PTA experience preferred.
• Comfort treating an adult geriatric caseload preferred.

Assignment Details

• Patient population: skilled nursing facility, assisted living, and outpatient caseloads.
• Work schedule: Monday through Friday and one weekend per month.
• Facility type: skilled nursing facility environment.
