Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 16 weeks Shift: 18:45 - 07:15 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, ENPC required Must-Have: - 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in an ER setting. - Teamwork mentality. - Ability to coach and provide feedback in real time. - Flexibility to work in all areas of the emergency department. Description: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department. This is a high-volume environment with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Candidates should be ready to thrive in a Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center. The emergency department sees over 100,000 visits annually, operating with a typical patient ratio of 4:1. Team members are expected to maintain respectful behavior and adhere to patient experience standards. Unit clerks and techs will be available to assist with patient care and unit operations. Nurses will participate in all areas of the emergency department without floating to other departments. The department values teamwork and fosters a welcoming atmosphere for staff and patients alike.
