Operations Support Coordinator

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Compensation: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience About the Opportunity: Forge Strategies is partnering with an established manufacturing company in Naples, FL, seeking a dependable, organized, and versatile Operations & Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, computer-savvy, and willing to jump in wherever needed to keep business operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Assist with general office operations, scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, and day-to-day administrative tasks. Accounting Assistance: Support the accounting department with data entry, recordkeeping, and maintaining accurate documentation. Shipping & Logistics: Prepare and organize shipping paperwork, track documentation, and assist with coordinating shipments. Trade Show Coordination: Assist with planning, organizing, and preparing materials for industry trade shows and company events. Marketing & Social Media: Support basic marketing initiatives, including posting and updating content on Facebook and LinkedIn. Travel Coordination: Arrange business travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries. General Office Support: Assist various departments with projects and additional responsibilities as business needs arise. Qualifications Previous experience in office administration, office coordination, or a similar support role preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities. Familiarity with Facebook, LinkedIn, or basic marketing activities is a plus. Experience with accounting data entry, shipping documentation, or event coordination is beneficial.
