Ingénieur Support Production H/F

Job Role

Integrated with our client in the aeronautics field, you will support the deployment of the digital solution at the site and provide digital support close to the production lines of the site.

Your duties:

• Act as a liaison between end users and the Project Team of the digital solution: Collect and transmit any bugs found, assist with the configuration of the solution, help with opening access rights, etc.
• Provide support for all digital solutions and digital means to the production lines
• Test updates of digital solutions before deployment in production
• Coach production teams

Industrial profile

Ideally experience in aeronautics

Knowledge in IT

Good listening skills, relationship management, diligence.

Good reasoning, analytical, synthesis, and curiosity skills
