Overview Akkodis, Inc. is seeking a CAD Drafter to create detailed 2D mechanical drawings based on designs created by engineers. This role is located in Aurora, OH and is 6 months in length. Qualifications include 3+ years of CAD drafting experience OR an Associate or Bachelor degree in a related field and 1-2 years of CAD experience. Base pay range $22.00/hr - $28.00/hr Salary Range: $22-28 per hour; salary negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Responsibilities Use CAD software to generate 2D drawings of components and sub-assemblies. Translate 3D designs and models into 2D drawings. Ensure accuracy and adherence to product requirements and standards. Collaborate with team members to review and revise drawings as needed. Prepare and maintain documentation within PLM related to drawing changes, revisions, and approvals.
