Receptionist - Front Desk Patient Coordinator

We are looking for a team member who is passionate about hospitality, patient experience, and practice operations, and who sees their future in a front desk leadership or operations-focused career path, and not pursuing clinical or treatment-based roles. About the Role: As the welcoming face of our medspa, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they walk in. Your responsibilities will include:
- Guest Interaction Appointment Scheduling: Warmly greeting guests, handling daily phone calls and messages, and efficiently scheduling appointments to maintain a full and seamless schedule.
- Logistics Coordination: Managing the medspa's logistics, organizing training sessions, and promoting our services.
- Client Care Education: Assessing client needs, confirming appointments, sending recall reminders, and providing information about our treatments and services.
