The Prompting Company helps products get discovered and used by AI agents, enabling companies like NVIDIA, Rho, and Exa to get cited by ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. Operations Associate (Customer Success) This associate-level individual contributor role focuses on post-sales customer success.
What you'll do Keep customers engaged after the sale through proactive follow-up and ongoing support.
Track customer analytics and suggest improvements.
Provide white-glove service as a dedicated customer success partner.
Proactively surface relevant leads and opportunities, gather feedback, and iterate on fit.
What we're looking for At least 2 years of professional experience; this is not a new graduate role.
A technology background and prior startup or tech company experience.
Ability to work fully in person in San Francisco, six days per week.
Experience at a competitor or adjacent company is a plus.
Compensation and location $70,000-$90,000 per year.
San Francisco, near Oracle Park. Fully in person, six days per week.
