General Sales Manager Roth Cadillac is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Erie, PA. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving sales growth, managing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of the automotive sales industry. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure strong market presence. Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet objectives. Collaborate with marketing and finance departments to optimize vehicle inventory and promotional efforts. Maintain excellent relationships with customers and vendors to foster business growth. Ensure compliance with company policies and automotive industry regulations. Recruit, train, and mentor new sales team members. Requirements Proven experience as a General Sales Manager, sales manager or F&I manager or similar sales leadership role, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal and problem solving skills. Ability to analyze sales data and apply insights to improve performance. Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools is preferred.
