This role will help ensure SHI has the treasury structure, process discipline, and financial visibility needed to support timely, informed business decisions.Role DescriptionLead treasury operations, including cash positioning, cash movement, account administration, and day-to-day liquidity visibility.Oversee cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital reporting to support business operations and financial planning.Manage banking relationships, treasury services, bank account structures, permissions, fees, and related governance activities.Maintain treasury controls, policies, reporting routines, and documentation to support accuracy, accountability, and compliance.Partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Operations, and business leadership on forecasting assumptions, cash needs, risk areas, and business initiatives.Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, reporting, systems, and data visibility as SHI continues to scale.Provide clear treasury reporting, analysis, and insights to leadership to support informed financial and operational decisions.Behaviors and CompetenciesStrategic Thinking: Can analyze complex situations, drive organizational transformation, and adapt strategies to changing market conditions.Leadership: Can lead strategic team initiatives, inspire others to take leadership roles, and foster a culture of shared responsibility and continuous improvement.Business Acumen: Can provide strategic guidance and insights to drive overall business success.Communication: Can lead and model exceptional communication at all levels of the organization, develop and implement communication strategies, and coach others to improve their communication skills.Collaboration: Can lead complex team projects, inspire others to collaborate effectively, and foster a culture of mutual respect and shared purpose.Problem-Solving: Can lead strategic problem-solving initiatives, inspire others to improve their problem-solving skills, and foster a culture of proactive problem-solving.Financial Awareness: Can provide financial guidance and strategic planningDetail-Oriented: Can foster a culture of detail orientation, inspiring others to maintain high standards of accuracy and completeness in their work.Strategic Implementation: Can lead the development and execution of comprehensive strategic plans, inspire and guide teams, and drive organizational change to achieve strategic objectives.Continuous Improvement: Can lead others in identifying and implementing major improvements and proactively drive continuous improvement across the organization.Skill Level RequirementsStrong understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, treasury operations, and working capital concepts.Experience with cash forecasting, bank reporting, treasury controls, and financial reporting routines.Ability to partner effectively across Finance, Accounting, Legal, Operations, and business leadership within a growing organization.Sound judgment and strong attention to detail, with the ability to translate financial information into clear, actionable recommendations.Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to guide teams, improve processes, and build scalable operating routines.Other RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.10+ years of progressive experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or related financial operations.4+ years of experience in a management positionExperience owning or leading treasury operations, cash management, liquidity planning, or related functional areas.Experience working within a complex, growth-oriented organization.Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events - 25%PreferredAdvanced degreeProfessional certificationExperience within a technology, distribution, reseller, or services environment preferredThe estimated annual pay range for this position is $185,000 - $235,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
