Weekends and evening availability are of high value to us. Responsibilities This customer service role keeps our shop running smoothly by answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, answering questions, and taking messages for staff. You speak with customers about their desired services and give them pricing information, upselling treatments or products when possible.
