Office Manager

Job Summary A growing local organization in the Greater Seattle Area is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, provide administrative support, and assist with light accounting functions. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys variety, takes ownership of office processes, and helps keep a busy business environment running smoothly. The Office Manager will play an important role in supporting leadership, coordinating administrative needs, managing vendor and office functions, and maintaining accurate accounting records using Sage. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations and serve as the primary point of contact for administrative needs. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconcile invoices, and support basic bookkeeping functions. Use Sage accounting software for data entry, invoicing, reporting, and financial record maintenance. Coordinate office supplies, vendors, facilities needs, and general office administration. Assist with scheduling, filing, document management, correspondence, and administrative projects. Support leadership with reports, special projects, and operational follow-up as needed. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $60,000 to $70,000 per year. Job type: Direct hire. Location: Kent, WA.
