What You'll Do Greet service customers warmly and help ensure a smooth, welcoming arrival. Protect customer vehicles by installing seat covers, floor mats, and steering wheel covers. Notify Service Advisors when their scheduled customers arrive. Park, organize, and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently. Keep the service lane, parking lot, and work areas clean and organized. Assist with phone calls, shuttle support, and basic clerical tasks as needed. Follow all dealership safety procedures and promptly report any concerns. Maintain a valid driver's license and perform other duties as assigned. What You'll Bring A customer-first mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work efficiently, stay organized, and respond with urgency in a fast-paced service environment. Strong attention to detail when handling customer vehicles, keys, paperwork, and service requests. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership systems and processes. A dependable, team-oriented attitude with the flexibility to support customers and coworkers where needed. A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
