Job Description Summary - The Assistant Director, Enrollment Systems & Operations (CRMAdministrator) serves as the primary functional and operational owner of the University'sCRM(Slate) within Enrollment Management. This role is responsible for system configuration, workflow development, data management, and the execution ofCRM-driven communications. Working in close partnership with the Assistant Director of Enrollment Communications & Strategy, theCRMAdministrator translates communication strategy into scalable workflows and ensures the accurate and timely delivery of communications. This role provides technical leadership forCRMoperations, including system administration, integrations, and data governance.
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 3–5+ years ofCRMexperience. Strong technical, data and project management skills. Experience with workflow configuration and system administration.
Preferred Qualifications - 3–5+ years of SlateCRMexperience in a higher education setting.

Specific Duties - CRMStrategy Translation & Enrollment OperationsServe as functional owner of SlateCRM. Translate enrollment and communication strategies into workflows and processes. Ensure system readiness for recruitment cycles.

Specific Duties - Workflow & Campaign ExecutionBuild and deploy communication workflows (email,SMS, triggers). Implement segmentation and automation based on strategy. Ensure accuracy and timing of allCRMcommunications.

Specific Duties - Segmentation & Data GovernanceCo-own segmentation strategy (with AD). Maintain queries, audience definitions, and naming conventions. Ensure data integrity and scalability.
