Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Assist with administrative reporting of office activities and proactively reach out to our customers. Curate, design and help grow our social media presence. Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. QUALIFICATIONS Spanish Speaker - Bilingual REQUIRED Dedicated to customer service Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer quick questions, and anticipate their needs.
