Assistant Store ManagersOur Jimmy John's franchise group has over 20 stores and we have locations all over the Charlotte/Concord/LKN Region. We are excitedly looking for the right people to build up our management team! You must be interested in food management but we do not require any prior food service experience. We do however ask that you have leadership position experience. We can teach you the rest! We have an extensive management training program that will give you all of the necessary tools to succeed at this job and any future position you desire. If you lack the leadership experience but are still interested in starting with us to grow into that position please make that clear while we are setting you up for an interview. The Assistant Manager plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. Assistant Managers must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity.
