Orientation Manager

Position Summary The Orientation Manager is responsible for facilitating new hire orientation, tracking training progress, and providing hands‑on, shoulder‑to‑shoulder coaching within restaurant operations. This role partners with restaurant leadership to ensure employees are properly trained, developed, and equipped to meet company standards while creating a positive onboarding and learning experience. Essential Responsibilities Conduct new hire orientation sessions. Track training completion, class attendance, and employee development progress. Provide on‑floor restaurant training and coaching as needed. Assist employees with onboarding questions and direct concerns to appropriate leadership. Maintain accurate onboarding and training records. Coordinate with restaurant leadership regarding new hire and training needs. Promote a positive onboarding experience and support employee retention efforts. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Restaurant, training, or onboarding experience preferred. Reliable transportation and ability to travel between restaurant locations as needed. Ability to work in a fast‑paced restaurant environment and provide hands‑on, shoulder‑to‑shoulder training and coaching. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and actively participate in restaurant operations for extended periods. Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
