Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction throughout their stay. Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and record keeping, to support operations. Requirements Passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using office software and reservation systems. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required.
