Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $20.00–$25.00 per hour On W2 Without any Benefits

Location:: Sharon Hill, PA 19079
Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Contract (Potential Temp-to-Hire)

Job Summary

Position Summary

Seeking a Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales) to professionally represent the company and provide customers with knowledgeable, responsive service. This position will handle customer inquiries, product and pricing requests, order processing, sourcing, and sales support while maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills , attention to detail, moderate computer proficiency, and preferably experience in inside sales, industrial products, distribution, or supply chain operations .

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information, quotes, and pricing.
• Take, enter, and process customer orders accurately.
• Research, source, and order products based on customer requirements.
• Negotiate sale and purchase prices when appropriate.
• Proactively generate sales and promote company products and services.
• Follow up on and expedite backorders.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers to obtain and fulfill orders correctly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns and order-related issues.
• Assist with customer returns and related documentation.
• Assist with pulling inventory and preparing customer shipments when needed.
• Maintain accurate information and documentation within company systems.
• Manage multiple customer requests and priorities while meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and focused.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Moderate computer skills, including email communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Office , particularly Microsoft Excel .
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or sales support .
• Experience within an industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or supply-chain environment .
• Knowledge of industrial products is a plus.
• Familiarity with supply chain, inventory, or order management systems.
