Hawthorne Center for Rehabilitation and Healing of Sarasota Sarasota, FL Registered Nurses (RNs) – Full‑time Overnights 6PM – 6:30AM Now hiring! Work three 12‑hour shifts per week with every other weekend. Walk‑in interviews on Tuesdays from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at 5381 Desoto Rd, Sarasota, FL 34243. Job Overview Compassionate RNs are sought for a supportive, resident‑focused team. Responsibilities Work in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, facility policies, and sound nursing judgment. Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care for patients/residents needing long‑term or rehabilitation services. Deliver nursing care to patients/residents requiring long‑term or rehabilitative care. Implement and assess patient/resident plans of care. Direct and supervise care provided by other nursing staff. Contribute to the development and evaluation of standards of care. Maintain knowledge of documentation requirements and equipment use. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with patient/resident rights. Provide education to patients/residents, families, or caregivers as appropriate. Maintain professional behavior in accordance with unit and facility policies. Work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends as scheduled. Required Education and Experience Graduate of a basic education program in professional nursing. Minimum of one year medical/surgical nursing experience in an acute care or long‑term care setting (acute/critical care preferred).
