If you are aligned with our mission to decrease the time patients suffer from pelvic pain symptoms and value empathy, patient-centered innovation, and holistic care, we encourage you to apply.Greet and check in patients; manage front desk and patient flow throughout the dayPrepare exam rooms and assist physicians with procedures, including ultrasound-guided treatmentsRecord vitals, update medical histories, and accurately document in the EMRSchedule appointments and coordinate follow-up careCollect payments at time of service and deliver financial packets as instructed by Treatment Plan Coordinators or the financial teamVerify insurance eligibility and ensure all paperwork is properly completedMaintain clinical and front office supplies; ensure all rooms are clean and well-stockedComply with HIPAA, OSHA, and all internal protocolsHandle confidential patient information with professionalism and discretionSupport internal coordination between clinical and administrative teamsParticipate in team trainings and ongoing process improvement initiativesOther duties as assigned by the department lead/managerFounded in 2017 by Dr. Allyson Shrikhande and Dr. Gautam Shrikhande, PRM is a physician-led healthcare company dedicated to transforming care for patients suffering from persistent pelvic pain—a condition that affects 15% of women and 10% of men, yet remains widely misunderstood and untreated.
