Duties and Responsibilities: Implement and enforce Corporate Safety Program on jobsite Ensure that all subcontractors and vendors are informed of and comply with contractual environmental, health, and safety requirements. Coordinates between safety engineers and subcontractors to ensure proper safety procedures are being carried out. Inspects and audits working conditions, safety equipment and machinery on jobsite. Act as safety resource to project management team. Assist project management teams in loss control activities. Assist project management teams with pre-project, pre-phase and pre-task planning. Assist project management team in developing site-specific safety program. Review safety submittals. Help Develop JHA’s and Implement them on jobsite. Conduct job specific loss control data/documentation collection. Promote employee participation. Formulate and conduct training sessions/demonstrations/toolbox talks. Exhibit operational knowledge of construction OSHA and other pertinent safety standards. Ensure uniform interpretation of site safety procedures. Documents and tracks through correction all safety violations, unsafe conditions, etc. About the Company: Founded in 1937, R.W.
