Reference: PR/588712_1781624366Safety Operations ManagerLocation: Thurmont, MDBase Salary Range: $100K-$115K + Bonus Join a leading U.S. homebuilding organization responsible for manufacturing operations nationwide, focused on building a strong safety culture and driving consistent, compliant safety practices across all plants.Key Responsibilities:Lead enterprise‑wide manufacturing safety strategy and executionStandardize safety onboarding, training, audits, and accident managementEnsure OSHA/DOT compliance, reporting consistency, and trend‑based mitigationConduct multi‑site inspections and oversee third‑party safety auditsLead investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actionsDevelop and maintain company‑wide safety plans, policies, and best practicesSupport and develop plant safety leaders and coordinatorsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field7+ years in manufacturing/industrial environments5+ years in safety leadership rolesStrong OSHA/regulatory expertise across multi‑site operationsProven ability to influence plant leadership and drive behavioral changeOSHA‑30 preferredIf you're interested in the Safety Operations Manager, don't wait, apply now!
