Safety Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on, high-impact Regional EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety performance in Evansville, IN This is a highly visible role for an EHS leader who thrives in a multi-site environment and is passionate about building a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance, and driving measurable improvements.

Yo will partner closely with site leadership to reduce risk, strengthen engagement, and implement forward-thinking EHS programs that support operational performance.

What You'll Do:

Lead EHS strategy and execution across both sites
Drive improvements in safety performance (TRIR, LTIR, near misses)
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state regulations
Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Train and coach leaders and employees on EHS best practices
Track KPIs and use data to drive continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or process driven industrial environments
Proven ability to influence leadership and drive change
Hands-on, data-driven approach to problem solving
Bachelor's degree required
Certifications such as CSP, ASP, CHMM, or similar are a plus
