Maintenance Manager

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for a client located in the Evansville, IN area. The qualified candidate will be responsible for the following: Responsibilities: Supervises employees to perform maintenance functions Develops, maintains and implements maintenance, quality, and safety procedures, as directed by and reviewed with Site Manager Improve and schedule Preventative/Predictive Maintenance programs of manufacturing machines to be on-time and of the highest quality and effectiveness Foster a culture of root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and discipline in the maintenance teams through regular training and feedback to team members Lead root cause analysis of poorly understood machine breakdown events and recurring problems to design countermeasures to prevent recurrence Provide support to technicians to ensure timely installation of new equipment and effective implementation of changes in maintenance process Support Production team in timely order fulfillment through rapid response on machine breakdowns that minimize downtimes and maximize productivity Standardize routine maintenance work through development of clear SOPs and its implementation Develop and maintain proper documentation of procedures, equipment changes, maintenance tasks, etc. Identify and request needed parts in inventory through existing maintenance tracking system. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred or equivalent experience Solid leadership ability and industrial maintenance experience preferably in electrical or mechanical; previous supervision experience Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Willingness, desire and ability to work in an industrial plant environment Strong electrical or mechanical troubleshooting skills and experience preferred Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communications skills preferred Compensation: Excellent compensation, bonus, and benefits with 401(k) matching HR Solutions, Inc. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer At HR Solutions, Inc we take pride in developing effective and professional relationships with our clients.
