Responsibilities
Responsible for leading engineering teams for MacOS, Browser, and Digital
Employee Experience for Digital Workplace.
Performs core leadership aspects to support the MacOS Operating System, DEX,
and browser.
? Strategically prioritize work for the team
? Managing vendor relationships
? Participates in current state system analysis, requirements gathering, and
documentation
? Supports configuration and implementation deployments to 100,000clients
? Contributes to the creation of technical design/implementation planning
? Supports requirements understanding and issue resolution
? Work with stakeholders on strategic efforts
? Operates the team in an Agile methodology
? Aligns strategy with Architecture
Qualifications
Degree or equivalent work experience
? 10 years of experience administering MacOS, Dex, or Browser
environments
? Advanced understanding of Microsoft Intune or Jamf
? Proven history of program delivery over multiple release cycles
? Strong written, verbal communications, presentation skills, leadership,
problem solving and analytical skills.
? Practical experience in effective time management, including the ability to
prioritize effectively.
? Proven collaboration skills along with the ability to influence without
authority
Preferred Qualifications
? Advanced troubleshooting
? Familiarity with Identity and Access Management
? Knowledge of Agile Practices
