Independent Living Support Specialist

Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas in Woodbridge, Virginia, seeks Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals in daily living activities. DSPs will teach independent living skills and facilitate community integration while ensuring the safety and well-being of the individuals served. The role requires a high school diploma and ideally experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care and documentation, ensuring compliance with policies and emergency procedures.
