●  Months 7-18 | Senior:  Refine high-ticket closing techniques ($180K – $250K  annual pace). 

●  Year 2+ | Lead:  Opportunity to train new consultants, first look for management opportunities ($250K+  annual pace). 

What You Bring to the Table 

●  The Hunger:  You're motivated by a high-commission ceiling and have a 'win-the-day' mentality. 

●  The Skill:  Proven track record in sales (in-home experience is a plus, but we value talent over tenure). 

●  The Professionalism:  High-level communication skills and a clean appearance.

Requirements 

● Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
