We are currently looking for a Veterinary Receptionist. In addition to the technical skills needed to succeed at the job we also want to choose a candidate that understands the value of teamwork and wants to build working relationships with all staff members to create a cohesive team.

Duties will include
- Incoming/outgoing phone calls
- Appointment scheduling
- Responding to email
- Educating clients
- Checking in and out appointments
- Greeting clients
- Communications with vet teams
- Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Schedule: 10-hour shift
Experience: Veterinary receptionist: 1 year (Required)
- Veterinarian clinic: 1 year (Required)
