We are looking for a Line / Prep Cook who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen and takes pride in craft cooking. This role is responsible for preparing and executing menu items to standard while maintaining a clean, organized station. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Set up and stock stations for service Execute prep work: chopping, sauces, proteins, etc. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout shifts Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team Ensure food safety, sanitation, and quality standards are met Assist with specials, menu development, and creative input Requirements What We’re Looking For Passion for scratch cooking and quality ingredients Ability to work clean, organized, and with urgency Strong teamwork mindset—no egos, just execution Experience on sauté, grill, or pantry stations preferred Dependability and pride in your craft Ability to handle a high-volume environment #J-18808-Ljbffr The Juris Agency
