What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders through standardized assessments
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in line with regulatory and clinical standards
• Provide rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments, including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
• Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatments accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare team members, patients, families, and caregivers
• Complete all required documentation and discharge summaries per company policy
• Supervise and support occupational therapist assistants, rehab aides, and students
• Attend required team meetings and participate in training and in-services

What You Need

• Valid and active Oklahoma OT license or eligibility to practice in the state
• NBCOT certification highly preferred
• Previous experience in long-term care or rehab settings preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to all regulatory standards
