Collections Analyst

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Collections Analyst positions in Greenville, SC. Responsibilities: Monitor strategic and at-risk customer accounts, perform account analysis, and prioritize collections efforts to improve Accounts Receivable performance Analyze billing discrepancies, payment disputes, and trends to identify root causes and develop data-driven solution plans Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service, sales, and internal teams to streamline the invoice-to-cash process and improve AR workflows Lead meetings, negotiate payment resolutions, and support complex accounts including EDI transactions, multi-currency processing, and outsourced collections Requirements: 5+ years of Accounts Receivable or transactional accounting experience in a large organization; 2–4+ years in commercial credit and collections Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP or Oracle Experience with EDI, ACH/CTX payments, procurement platforms (Ariba), and international multi-currency transactions preferred Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business preferred; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a goal-driven environment Perks: Shift: M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Remote Monday & Friday; In-office Tuesday–Thursday) Weekly paycheck Pay: $32/hour Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
