What You’ll Do: Service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial settings. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues. Perform preventive maintenance on rooftop units, split systems, furnaces, air handlers, and more. Manage and maintain company vehicle inventory. Assist with installations and system upgrades. Understand the value of preventive maintenance and what it can create. Deliver outstanding customer service and communicate clearly with customers. Document service work using company software. Follow safety standards and best practices at all times. What You Bring: High school diploma or equivalent (technical school training is a plus). Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record. Strong mechanical aptitude. Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
