Duties Assist in transactions involving convertible, high-yield, or investment-grade bonds. Work with borrowers on corporate credit facilities, including acquisition financings and venture debt. Collaborate with a team in a fast-paced, innovative practice environment. Requirements 1-5 years of experience in commercial finance or debt capital markets. Strong academic credentials and transactional experience. Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant office's jurisdiction. Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
