Overview
Echocardiology Technologist (Echo Tech) – Echo imaging specialty in Seaside, Oregon. This travel assignment involves working in an imaging/echocardiography unit with a 23-bed footprint in a critical access setting. Start date is not specified. Assignment duration is measured in weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,087 to $2,175. There are no guaranteed hours. Shift is daytime, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (5x8). Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic echocardiography exams (2D, 3D, Color Doppler) with Bubble Studies; TEEs as indicated
- Conduct stress echocardiography (treadmill and pharmacologic) and advanced measurements (Simpson’s rule, diastology, LV strain/volume, PISA)
- Image with contrast agents and demonstrate proficiency in starting IVs for contrast studies
- Operate PACS and be proficient with major imaging vendors (GE, Philips, Siemens, Toshiba, Hitachi, SonoSite)
- Chart and document findings in Epic; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure patient safety and comfort

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant echocardiography experience
- Certifications: BLS, ARDMS, CCI RCS
- EPIC charting experience required
- Must-have vehicle for assignment
- References: 2 required (covering 1 year within the last 3 years)
