• License/Certifications: Active RN license in Michigan, CPR certification preferred
• Experience: Prior psychiatric or mental health experience preferred but not required

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Range: $28.90 - $41.00 (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials:
  • 7am-3pm (Saturday & Sunday): +$1.25/hour
  • 3pm-11pm (Monday-Thursday): +$2.00/hour
  • 3pm-11pm (Friday-Sunday): +$3.00/hour
  • 11pm-7am (Monday-Thursday): +$4.00/hour
  • 11pm-7am (Friday-Sunday): +$5.00/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $12,000 (based on experience and negotiation)
• Placement Fee: 20% of the first week's pay

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate nursing care to diverse patient populations in a psychiatric, inpatient setting
• Assess patient needs, develop and update care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge planning
• Maintain a safe, secure environment for patients and staff
• Document all care activities accurately and timely
• Monitor patient safety and report concerns to physicians
• Lead or assist in staff education and supervision as needed
• Support a recovery-focused and trauma-informed environment consistent with organization values

What You Need

• Active Michigan RN license
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred but not mandatory)
• Previous experience in mental health or inpatient psychiatric care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
