Product Designer

Peiko

As a Product Designer at Peiko, you'll work closely with our founders and external manufacturing partners to bring new products from sketch to shelf. You'll own the full design process: research, concept development, prototyping, testing, and production handoff. What you'll do Lead design development for 2–3 product launches per year Create sketches, 3D models, and physical prototypes in our Brooklyn workshop Travel to partner workshops in Portugal, Japan, and Vermont for production reviews Collaborate with marketing on product storytelling and photography direction Contribute to our repair program and circular design initiatives Requirements 4+ years experience in consumer product design Strong portfolio demonstrating material knowledge and form development Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks or Fusion 360) and hand sketching Experience working with manufacturers and understanding production constraints Passion for sustainable design and durable goods Competitive salary and equity Health, dental, and vision insurance Flexible PTO and studio closure in August Product allowance and employee discount Brooklyn studio with natural light and a fully equipped workshop #J-18808-Ljbffr
